Board of Charity Trustees

The Board of Charity trustees is responsible for discussing the financial management and staffing of the organisation, as well as making recommendations to the Executive Committee on the strategic development of the County. The Board members are the trustees of Carmarthenshire YFC. The Board is made up of 9 Ex-Officio members and 3 Co-opted members. The Board has a smalln advisory committee which specialise in certain aspects such as HR/Employment, Safeguarding and Chairty Management.
